impossible zip export : nothing exported

Hello,

1) Problem :

I have version 2.3.1

I can save (elp) and export (zip) old elp works, I mean created with old version of exe.

Just created new work. When exporting to zip, it displays a warning about meta-data, after validated, nothing works.

2) verification

“pp_license” (line 8) with “pp_newlicense” is correct

3) really difficult to register : no mail receive and email correct on some email adress – strange – no filter applied !

obliged to create 3 accounts – 2 phantoms ! (impossible register – but email already register … – no mail receive)

Hi,

I just exported your elp (test_pour_export.elp) using 2.3.1 (Windows 7 / Firefox). I didn’t edit or save, just open + export.

Could you provide more details, please? OS, browser (it has probably nothing to do with that, but…). Having your exe.log file would help too. It’s here:

Linux: ~/.exe (personal folder)
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\xxxx\Application Data\exe (xxxx is your user name)
Windows 7+: C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\exe (xxxx is your user name)
MAC: /Users/xxxx/.exe

I’ll inform about the registration problems.

Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

I try to change extension. just add “.txt”

hello,

1) I have try a clean and new installation of exe learning but the problem still remain.

2) My computer configuration : Firefox 66.0 (32 bits) and Win 10.
I succeed to open, save in elp format, export in zip format precedent exe learning works.
I suppose that there is a problem in this specific file : permission or metadata ….
Errors are reported in log file.

I try to make a test :

launch exe / create new projet / save elp name (ok) / export zip file or text or page : nothing happened. impossible to build a website image.

Please try to export removing the special characters from the path or the elp name (it’s in a folder called “04-Structurer.et.traiter.des.donnÃ©es”). Does it work? We’ll check the problem anyway.

Good Idea … It works !

I tried with portable edition because I’d better re-install v2.2 to continue my work …

With special characters in the name of the elp file It doesn’t work – without It works : I can save my works in a zip file.

Thanks for the idea !

ASCII code problem ? just 7 Binary Digit, not 8 ? Difference of characters codes in windows environment : ISO/CEI 8859-1 <> Windows-1252 ?
