    I would like to thank Ignacio for his advice about how to set a background picture inside an Idevice, it worked well however, I have a problem with the picture itself as it is not responsive like the text I am placing on it. In other words when the screen size becomes smaller the text moves accordingly and adjusts the width to be less and increases in the vertical while the background picture is not adjusting accordingly which makes the text go over the end of the background picture.

    Are there solutions for this?

    You can use background-size:cover (more information).

    Try it here. Just replace background-size: 300px 100px; with background-size:cover; and click on “Run”.
