Edit DropDown iDevice to eliminate "Your score is" message?

Good evening,I’d be very grateful if someone could outline the best/ easiest way to eliminate or change the dropdown iDevice “Your score is X/Y” message. Thank you!

Advanced mode – Properties tab – Advanced – HEAD. Paste this code there:

<style>.ListaIdevice .score{display:none!important}</style>

I hope it helps.
