I’m using eXe 2.0.3 and want to create a new style. I copied/pasted and renamed an exiting style, but this new one doesn’t appear in the style-list. So how can I create and use an individual style?
And is it possible to use Google Webfonts?
Thanks for help!

Hi, Regarding the issue that the style did not appear you should make sure that it is in the same directory structure as the other styles; I would recommend you look at https://forja.cenatic.es/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/iteexe/index.php/Styles for a bit of additional background there.
You can customize the CSS as you like so you should be OK to use Google web fonts using an import in the CSS; e.g. @import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans);

Thanks for your quick reply!
I just want to adapt the standardwhite-style a little bit and for this I copied and renamed the whole style-directory and made a few changes in the content.css (e.g. added the @import url for the Google Webfonts).
Furthermore I changed the name of the style in the config.xml-file.
Then I zipped the whole folder so that I can import it with the “Style Manager”. Trying this I get an error message that the “content.css”-file is missing, which is indeed not missing but correctly in the style-folder.
What I’m doing wrong?
Thanks for help!!!

Hi:
Compress files in the zip, without parent folders

Just another question: I can see the imported style in the Styles Manager but it doesn’t appear in the style-folder of eXe …? So where were the files copied/imported to?
Thanks!

Hi MaryLou:
In the new version of ExeLearning , imported styles are in the configuration folder
- Linux: ~/.exe ( (Ctrl + H) .exe)
- Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\xxxx\Application Data\exe ( xxxx username)
- Windows 7 y superiores: C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\exe ()
- MAC: /Users/xxxx/.exe
