File association problem for eXeLearning portable version.

Hello. I use eXeLearning portable version. When I double click an “.”elp” file nothing happens. I associated “.elp” files with “exelearning.exe” within windows 10 “Settings/Apps/Default apps”. File manager now shows the eXeLearning icon for elp files. But double clicking them does not work. No luck so far. Any idea?

Hi,
“Windows 10 has never permitted file associations with applications that aren’t installed.”
