In an earlier thread this step by step for getting started building eXe on Eclipse was recommended:

I had success, but encountered some additional steps for a fresh Python tools install on Mac OSX:

sudo pip install Image

sudo pip install Feedparser

sudo pip install chardet

Clean build then you can run with all imports accounted for. Hope this helps someone!
