Scoring iDevices through SCORM

Is it possible to score any other iDevices except the SCORM quiz through SCORM or any other format export? One of the reasons is I want to take a written test and make it digital, but one of the important features of the written test is that it has a fill in the blank section (cloze activity) but I can’t figure out how to get a score from it (and limit the attempts within the activity).

I’m no genius so if there is a way if you could explain it to me.

P.S. I’m using Moodle as my LMS
