Wrong markup for EXE internal anchors

The editor’s anchor-dialog produces for instance the attribute id
This way EXE won´t show it in its internal link list in case you want to reference it.If you change the attribute manually to name
Everything works fine.
I gues the easiest fix should be to make EXE list those anchors id´s, too.
The other option is to change tinymce´s anchor.js to produe the name based syntax …
